Chop Shop Opens in London; Pearl & Ash Wine Dinners

LONDONThe Altamarea Group's London restaurant, Chop Shop, is now soft open in the St. James district. Eater National has a look around the new restaurant, which Michael White worked on with Will Guess of London's Rowley's. NOLITA — Pearl & Ash's Richard Kuo and Patrick Cappiello are putting together two special five-course wine dinners focusing on specific varietals.
