Chop Shop Opens in London; Pearl & Ash Wine Dinners

LONDONThe Altamarea Group's London restaurant, Chop Shop, is now soft open in the St. James district. Eater National has a look around the new restaurant, which Michael White worked on with Will Guess of London's Rowley's. The menu includes "Morini Meatballs," a steak sandwich, and the White Label Burger. [Eater National]

NOLITA — Pearl & Ash's Richard Kuo and Patrick Cappiello are putting together two special five-course wine dinners focusing on specific varietals. The Chablis dinner is next Tuesday, August 13, and the price is $350 person. The Loire Valley dinner will be held on September 3, and the price is $95 per person.
