UPPER EAST SIDE — Starting tonight and then every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the rest of the summer, Gavin Kaysen is offering a fried chicken dinner at Café Boulud. The meal is $52 per person, and comes with baked beans, potato salad, watermelon slaw, cornbread, and cherry cobbler a la mode for dessert. WILLIAMSBURG — Marlow & Sons is hosting a summer fair this Sunday to benefit Cayuga Pure Organics, which lost its facilities to a fire earlier this year. Starting at 6 p.m., the restaurant will be serving beer, snow cones, sun tea, sausages, corn, watermelon, and more in the parking lot across the street from the restaurant. Tickets are four for $35 in advance, or $10 each at the door. [EaterWire]

MIDTOWN — Oceana has brought back The Lobster Shack, a pop-up lobster roll stand set up right outside the restaurant. The stand, which is open from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, from now until Labor Day, has classic Maine lobster rolls for $18 each, plus chocolate whoopie pies, potato chips, and soda. EXPANSIONS — Calexico, the Mexican mini-chain that started as a taco cart in Park Slope, is now expanding to Philadelphia. Eater Philadelphia has word that the new outpost will open in the East Passyunk neighborhood of Philly some time in the fall. [Eater Philly]
