Work is apparently well under way on Michael Shah's replacement for Cocktail Bodega, which shuttered this spring amid a tumultuous split between Shah and his business partner Matt Levine. The new place will include a whiskey bar called Rochelle's and a basement club called 205 Club. There's still the issue of a liquor license though, since Levine is still listed as a 50 percent owner on the SLA documents, despite the fact that he's currently suing his former partner for $20 million.
