The main dining room at Red Farm is closed for renovations, but tonight Joe Ng and Ed Schoenfeld will open the downstairs space as a pop-up called Red Farm Steak. The menu includes many, many dishes that have never been served at Red Farm before, like a rib steak, lamb chops, grilled lobsters, and a "shrimp stuffed crispy chicken steak." The appetizer list includes lobster tartare, soup dumplings, foie gras tarts, and Benton's bacon egg rolls.
Red Farm Steak is only open for 28 days. After it closes, the space will become Red Farm's new Peking duck parlor, Decoy. Here's the menu:
