Andrew Tarlow's excellent new bar Achilles Heel is no longer open for coffee and pastries in the morning. The bar now opens at 2 p.m. on weekdays and noon on the weekends. Word on the street is that Tarlow and his crew will be expanding the food options soon. [EaterWire]
