After service tonight, the main dining room at Red Farm will close for three to four weeks of renovations. During this time, Joe Ng and Ed Schoenfeld will open their new downstairs space as a pop-up restaurant they're calling Red Farm Steak. The menu will feature items that have never been served at Red Farm before, including, presumably, several steak dishes. A rep for the team tells Eater that Red Farm Steak will be open for just 28 days, and then it will turn into Joe and Ed's new cocktail parlor/Peking duck restaurant Decoy.
Elsewhere in the Red Farm universe, the Upper West Side location is almost ready — it should be open by the second week in September. Red Farm Steak will open tomorrow night. Stay tuned for more details.
