Ryan Sutton is not a fan of the fried chicken at Marcus Samuelsson's new restaurant at JFK: "The flesh reeks of a bird left to rot in your fridge, and the crust has the density of hardened papier-mâché. In Samuelsson's defense, his fried chicken isn't very good at his flagship Red Rooster in Harlem, either. So give him points for consistency." Sutton also offers his thoughts on the new locations of Blue Smoke, Shake Shack, and La Brea Bakery at Terminal 4. [Bloomberg]
