Happy Hour at JBird; Ramen Burgers at Smorgasburg

UPPER EAST SIDE — JBird Cocktails is launching a happy hour on Monday, with $8 cocktails, $6 glasses of wine, and a menu of bar snacks like Korean fried chicken and nacho tater tots. Happy hour is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, but on Sunday it runs all the way until 12:30 a.m. [EaterWire]
