Viand Cafe on the Upper East Side is one of Mayor Bloomberg's very favorite restaurants. According to its proprietor, Angel Pelengaris, Bloomie likes to dine at table 14, which has a view of the door, and he usually orders his eggs soft-boiled and his toast "well done."
