Restaurateur James McGown faces possible eviction from Goldenrod, the bar that he just recently opened in the space that once held iconic old-timer P.J. Hanley's. Last week a judge denied his injunction against the Hanley family, who are still the landlords of the space, and who want McGown out after he allegedly gutted the place without the proper permits or permission. McGown, who drove the original P.J. Hanley's into bankruptcy after taking over in 2005, plans to appeal, but in the meantime has filed for Chapter 11 again. [Crain's]
