Sushi Nakazawa, the omakase restaurant from former Jiro Ono-apprentice Daisuke Nakazawa, is now accepting reservations. The restaurant's 10-seat sushi bar was originally set to open today, but now the opening has been pushed back until Wednesday.
Chef Nakazawa, who once spent months learning to make tamagoyaki under Jiro, will serve an omakase menu paired with sake to just those 10 seats for the rest of the summer. The full dining room will follow in the fall, with an opening slated for September.
