Shaun Hergatt's Juni, Now Open in the Hotel Chandler

Here is a look around Juni, the new fine dining restaurant in the Hotel Chandler from ESquared Hospitality and former SHO chef Shaun Hergatt. At this new restaurant, Hergatt plans to serve food that emphasizes locally-grown, seasonal ingredients. The chef recently told Flo Fab: "This will be a much more personal restaurant than SHO." Although all of the dishes can be ordered a la carte, Juni also offers four-course, six-course, and 10-course tasting menus. The restaurant opens for dinner tonight.
