RED HOOK — The fourth annual Pig Island will take place on Saturday, September 7 on Red Hook's waterfront. Over 25 chefs from restaurants like Parish Hall, Kuma Inn, and Fletcher's BBQ will serve dishes made with local NY state pigs.
