Grub Street has a look at some of the food at Luksus, the 26-seat Greenpoint restaurant from chef Daniel Burns that opens on July 16. Housed within popular new beer bar Tørst, Luksus will serve a $75 tasting menu of snacks and four substantial courses. Among them: roasted baby gem lettuce with mushroom, pea broth, and egg yolk.
