Today the New York Times brings word that Saul Bolton's eponymous Boerum Hill restaurant will close on Sunday and reopen in the Brooklyn Museum this fall. Bolton tells Florence Fabricant that keeping the original location open was not an option — "They wanted it to be moved" — and that he is currently planning what to do with the Smith Street space. Back in 2009, Pete Wells awarded Saul two stars, and the restaurant holds one Michelin star.
