The Price Hike

New, 22 comments

2013_brooklyn_fare_per_se123.jpgThe tasting menu at Brooklyn Fare is now $255, up from the previous $225. Ryan Sutton notes that with tax and a 20 percent tip, a meal for two now costs $657, which is just a few dollars more than the entry level price for two at Per Se, where service is included. Sutton points out that "it's highly likely you'll still end up spending more at Per Se," because Keller's restaurant charges extra for luxury ingredients. [The Price Hike]
