Eric and Bruce Bromberg are now putting the finishing touches on their casual new East Village restaurant, Bromberg Bros. Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken. Of course, their Southern-style fried chicken is the main attraction here — it's one of the most popular dishes at the original Blue Ribbon restaurants and Brooklyn Bowl. Guests will be able to order the chicken by the piece (breast, thigh, drumstick, wing, and "mighty wing"), or as individual meals with rosemary bread, pickles, and fries. The menu will also include salads, vegetables sides, and a handful of griddled chicken burgers. Bromberg Bros. Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken is slated to open on Monday.
