New, 2 comments

Since December, Eater has documented the lives of three restaurant teams that were affected by Hurricane Sandy for an original video series called The Sandy Chronicles. Here is the fifth and final episode of the series. In the clip above, Barbarini Alimentari restaurateurs Linda and Claudio Marini find a space for their new restaurant, Da Claudio. In this installment of The Sandy Chronicles, Monica Byrne and Leisah Swenson reopen their Red Hook restaurant, Home/Made. And in this last episode, Hervé Poussot of Almondine in Dumbo looks back at his Sandy experience and ponders the future of his business. Hit play on the video above to see The Sandy Chronicles: Moving Forward.
