The first location of Australia-inspired coffee shop Bluestone Lane opened today on Third Avenue in Midtown, with another coming soon to the FiDi. Zagat gets a peek inside the shop, which is brewing roasts from San Francisco's Sightglass Coffee on La Marzocca machines, and which carries Balthazar pastries.
