At The Boil, a new Southern-style seafood restaurant on the Lower East Side, guests are given blue rubber gloves so that their hands don't get dirty while they eat. One patron tells the Post: "Honestly, it was better than what I've had in Jacksonville...This was amazing, and nothing like I've had before." Another guest explains: "Normally I don't go for seafood up here, because it's not a fisherman's spot, but I was shocked at how good it was." [NYP]
