The Times files on the convoluted story of WineCare, the Chelsea wine storage facility that got damaged in Hurricane Sandy and has since declared bankruptcy in the face of numerous lawsuits. One of the litigants, as previously reported, is Keith McNally: his restaurants Minetta Tavern and Morandi have together filed lawsuits worth $3 million, for $2 million worth of wine and $1 million in damages.
