In this week's New York Times restaurant review, Pete Wells awards an enthusiastic two stars to Uncle Boons, the new Thai restaurant in Nolita. He finds a few inconsistencies in the food and also experiences a blackout in the space, but he concludes: "The couple may be in the market for a better electrician. But where it counts, in the kitchen, they have all the power any lover of Thai food could ask for." [NYT]
