Ryan Sutton recently dined at a fancy restaurant where the server asked which of the men in his party wanted to see the wine list. The critic writes: "[S]ince we've long moved past the era of giving half the population menus without prices, and since most waiters place the check in the center of the table (instead in front of the guy), I'd say it's high time to give 100 percent of the population an initial shot at looking at the full wine list... Any restaurant I find out of compliance will be called out, I promise you this." [The Bad Deal]
