Eater recently asked a group of chefs and restaurateurs from five terrific Manhattan restaurants to reinterpret diner classics for Greasy Spoons Week. The boys from Midtown hot spot Betony went big and decided to create not one, but two Greasy Spoons Week specials. This week, chef Bryce Shuman is serving a tomato sandwich with grilled cheese soup, and GM Eamon Rockey is mixing up a crisp and refreshing version of a classic root beer float. Both are available at the bar through Saturday.
