UPPER EAST SIDE ? Solid UES Greek restaurant Amali launched an outdoor street food lunch program last week. Chef Nilton Borges is serving up gyros, Greek salads, and a Mediterranean BLT for ten bucks each, cooking on a charcoal grill in front of the restaurant. It's available from 12 p.m. until Borges runs out of food. [EaterWire]

WILLIAMSBURG ? The Brooklyn location of Fatty 'Cue is about to start throwing a party in its backyard every Sunday. Called "Smoked Out Sundays," it's $35 and includes music, unlimited food from the smoker, and all-you-can-drink keg beer. [EaterWire]

SOHO ? Here's an awesome City Grit dinner coming up: Isaac Toups, chef and owner of the popular New Orleans restaurant Toups' Meatery, will be cooking at the Soho pop-up space next Tuesday night. Toups's supporting team includes his wife and co-owner, the restaurant's GM, its sous, and his younger brother, currently a CIA student. Tickets are $75 for one person, $135 for two. [EaterWire]

EATER AT THE MOVIES ? Today, Eater National launched a new feature called Eater at the Movies, with writer Joshua David Stein taking the first edition of it to review the film Somm. Head over that way to read Stein's review, but spoiler alert: he doesn't love it. [Eater National]
