Take a gander below at the opening menu for The Elm, the casual restaurant inside Williamsburg's King & Grove Hotel from Corton's Paul Liebrandt. Liebrandt's menu here is simple, with four sections?raw, sea, land, share?with four dishes each. His French connection comes through in dishes like "Flavors of Bouillabaisse" in the sea section, with halibut, mussels, orange confit, and fennel blossoms, or the "Elysian Fields Lamb" in the land section. Prices are in the teens for raw dishes, 20s for entrées, and between $48 and $58 for the shared plates. The Elm opens tonight at 6 p.m.
