Signage Goes Up For Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken

Opening day approaches for Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken, the newest outpost of Bruce and Eric Bromberg's expanding, ever-popular Blue Ribbon empire. This bright new awning and neon lettering went up recently, and the brothers have said they're aiming for a summer opening, although no word yet on the exact date. When they do open, it will be for quick service and take-out, offering salads, sandwiches, and housemade ice cream as well as the beloved fried chicken.
