For his follow-up to the Cronut, Ansel is going to introduce "frozen s'mores" tomorrow, which are made with vanilla ice cream covered in crispy chocolate wafers and some kind of homemade marshmallow/Turkish ice cream compound. They're going to be served on a stick, and torched to order. [TONY]
