Florida chain Rocco's Tacos and Tequila Bar has signed a 15-year lease on the old Morton's Steakhouse space in Downtown Brooklyn. The first New York location of the chain is expected to open this winter. A new branch of Chipotle is also slated to open nearby at One Metrotech Center. [BP]
