1) FiDi: The remnants of the empire of Michael "Bao" Huynh continue to crumble. The Nassau Street location of Baoguette is 100% dunzo, leaving the Financial District with scant options for banh mi. [Midtown Lunch]

2) East Village: EV Grieve gets the scoop that the East Village location of Pho 32 & Shabu, at 13 St Marks Pl., has shuttered. The location will become a thing called Pan. Also shuttered in the EV: Cheep's Pita Creations. [EV Grieve]

3) Upper West Side: UWS Mediterranean restaurant Monaco closed for renovations back in April, and now the signage has come down. The owners of the nearby wine bar The Tangled Vine have taken over the space and will open a new bar/restaurant there this summer. [MUW]
