The line in front of Dominique Ansel Bakery now bends at the corner of Spring and Sullivan streets. Soon, you will be able to enter this line from outside The Dutch, or Raoul's. These photos were snapped this morning around 7 a.m. You were probably asleep then, but not these people — their Cronut cravings were just too strong. Cronut Mania shows no signs of slowing down. The Summer of Cronuts is inevitable, but we also might be looking at a fall marked by hybrid pastry obsession, and a long croissant-doughnut winter after that.
