The Butterfly Could Take Flight in a Matter of Weeks

Take a gander at The Butterfly, the forthcoming Tribeca restaurant from Michael White and mixologist Eben Freeman. This is White's take on the classic Wisconsin supper club, with food like fried chicken and bow tie pasta, paired with classic cocktails and other, more creative ones from Freeman.

The restaurant is getting a coat of paint today, and it sounds like it could be ready in the next two to three weeks. Lining up with that prediction, there's an invite-only preview on June 19, so expect The Butterfly to open shortly after then.
