Stefanos Domatiotis, three-time finalist for the World Barista Championship, has left Athens, Greece to man the espresso machines at STIX Mediterranean Grill near Madison Square Park. Oliver Strand reports that Domatiotis will use a custom roast from Stone Street Coffee Company to make all the normal coffee drinks, plus a freddo cappuccino, his take on the blended café frappé that's popular in Greece.
