For those who prefer sweet summer treats to violent TV shows, Foursquare is about to start a competition called "Game of Cones." There are nine houses of ice cream (AKA ice cream shops) in the running, and the one with the most check-ins between June 7 and June 21 wins the Iron Cone. The shops are spread out pretty evenly across Manhattan and Brooklyn, although a few have the advantage of multiple locations, and apparently the area south of Williamsburg is a "No Man's Land".
