Artichoke Pizza is continuing its rapid expansion, and this time they are venturing out to the race track. Founders Francis Garcia and Sal Basille have inked a deal to open a new location in the food court of the Resorts World Casino New York City, the casino that operates at Aqueduct Racetrack. This is the fifth location for Artichoke, and nicely coincides with Francis and Sal's new Cooking Channel show Pizza Cuz. [EaterWire]
