Looks like Steve Hanson's burger empire's downtown expansion is about to become a reality. The new location of Bill's Bar & Burger, which was slated to open in The Marriott by the World Trade Center Memorial earlier this spring, will introduce itself to the neighborhood in mid-July with breakfast.
