There's a taker for the former Capsouto Freres space in Tribeca, and wouldn't ya know it, it's not Keith McNally. A restaurant called China Blue is applying for a liquor license there, though no other details are available. After rumors that McNally was eyeing it, further rumors spread that it's actually his former chefs Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr. That seems unlikely, but who knows. [Tribeca Citizen, previously]
