Publicist-turned-restaurateur Georgette Farkas has picked a chef for her new Upper East Side rotisserie: David Malbequi. He worked for Daniel Boulud and Laurent Tourndel for several years, and he was the opening chef at La Silhouette in Hell's Kitchen. Rotisserie Georgette is slated to open this fall. [NYT]
