Now that Bruce Buschel has closed his Bridgehampton restaurant Southfork Kitchen, the restoblogger returns to the Times with a series of posts about how it all went down. In his first entry, Buschel begins: "In 2009, I built my first restaurant, and my last. I didn't think it would make a profit in the first three years, and it didn't.
