The Eater Young Guns Class of 2013 Celebrates in L.A.

Last night chefs and food world players from around the country gathered at L.A.'s LACMA to fete this year's class of Eater Young Guns. Among the highlights: the longest line of the night was for New York representative Jason Wang's dish, the now-iconic lamb burger from Xi'an Famous Foods.

It's worth noting that major chefs like Curtis Duffy and Tim Cushman flew to L.A. to lend their support for the recipients. Oh, and there were pancake adventures at 3 a.m..
