All the Pieces in Liebrandt's Puzzle Are Coming Together

It looks like Paul Liebrandt and his crew are entering the final planning stages for The Elm in Williamsburg. Krader and other food world luminaries have already tasted a few of the dishes, and now the chef is finally in possession of the mushroom-shaped podiums that he needs to make his culinary dream a reality. Presumably, these will hold rolls or small bites from the kitchen, like croquettes, cocktails encased in edible spheres, or actual mushrooms — it's anyone's guess at this point. Liebrandt shared this picture on Instagram this morning with the note: "The first piece of our new table furniture."
