Former Top Cheftestapant Lisa Fernandes, the runner-up on Season Four, has launched a new food truck. Called Sweet Chili, the truck's menu describes itself as "Thaietnamese" cuisine; it will be at the food truck lot on Third Avenue in Midtown on Mondays, with the other locations available here.
