Temporary Shutter

New, 7 comments

2012_8_NomWahQL.jpgNom Wah Tea Parlor is shuttered for the second weekend in a row thanks to a sewer line issue. The restaurant recently flooded when a construction crew severed the sewer line, and was forced to close on June 12, after the owner of an adjacent property sealed off the line. Earlier today, a state Supreme Court judge ordered the property owner, Lucky Mott Inc., to restore it "immediately," and a trial will begin next Friday to resolve these issues. [The Lo-Down]
