Ligaya Mishan finds that the food at Hunan Manor packs a serious punch. It's spicy stuff, but the menu also includes a few mild dishes: "The head of a tremendous buffalo fish comes toppled on its side, ribboned with green scallions and pickled red chiles. Its flesh, wrestled out, is delicate and surprisingly bland, which may at this point in the meal be a relief." [NYT]
