Christopher Kostow, chef of the three-Michelin-star Restaurant at Meadowood in St. Helena, has announced the chefs that will take part in his annual 12 Day of Christmas dinner series this winter. The star-studded lineup includes several New York representatives: Momofuku's David Chang, Del Posto's Mark Ladner and Brooks Headley, Pok Pok Ny's Andy Ricker, and Blanca's Carlo Mirarchi. 20 percent of the proceeds go to charity.
