Con Ed Woes

This is kind of cool: The Grange in Harlem is trying to get open, just waiting for Con Ed to turn on the gas, and has decided to take things into its own hands. The restaurant has launched a Con Ed Menu until real cooking can start, with cold salads, deviled eggs, and charcuterie and cheese plates. That's one way to do it. [Harlem Bespoke via Grub Street]
