Restaurant You Forgot About Has New Chef and Owner

Tenpenny. Tenpenny. Where have we heard that name before? Oh right, this is the restaurant that Jeffrey Tascarella and Chris Cipollone opened in the Gotham Hotel a few years ago. The food and service were excellent, but then the star talents left for bigger and better things and this place fell off of everyone's radar. It closed for a few weeks recently, but it's open once again. A rep sends word that Tenpenny will soon debut a new menu of "high-end modern American dishes infused with a French influence" from chef Kay Choe. Safet Kurtovic, the former GM of the Central Park Boathouse, is the new owner.
