Charlie Bird, the new Soho restaurant from sommelier Robert Bohr and chef Ryan Hardy, opened up a few days ago. Today, reps send in a copy of the full menu. The food section is split into five categories (Raw, Pasta, Small Plates, Vegetables, and Large Plates) and focuses on Italian flavors (the restaurant website describes the approach as "Italian influenced, American executed, and entirely New York"). Only one of Hardy's dishes goes over the $30 mark. The wine list includes a section called "Shameless Plug," which features bottles made by sommeliers who are friends of the house, including Aldo Sohm of Le Bernardin and Bobby Stuckey of Frasca Food & Wine, in Colorado. See below for the full offering of wines by the bottle and glass, as well as Hardy's menu:

Photos of the space will post to this site tomorrow.
