Last week, Momofuku Noodle Bar veteran Shane Lyons and restaurateur Nick Iovacchini opened Distilled, a new American restaurant in the Tribeca space that formerly housed Centrico. The menu includes things like fried duck with waffles, seared scallops with smoked duck breast, king salmon with Bearnaise sauce, and glazed pork ribs with watermelon salad. Distilled also offers several salads and shareable vegetable dishes. The beverage list includes craft cocktails, a wide selection of wines by the glass, beer, and mead, the beverage of choice for vikings and Game of Thrones fans. Drew Nieporent is still involved with this space — Lyons tells Flo Fab, "He's our mentor." Take a look around, and check out the menu:
