It looks Odessa Cafe and Bar is still hanging in there after all. There has been speculation that the old dive would shutter for about a year now, and not too long ago the CB3 agenda for June showed that someone had put in an application for a new liquor license there. But now that application has been stricken from the agenda, which means that Odessa is safe, at least for a little while. [EVG]
